We cordially invite you to rent a detached house with an area of 255 m2, which can comfortably host 14 adults. On a fenced plot of over 10.000 m2, guests have at their disposal a private heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a trampoline for children (the pool and jacuzzi are available from May to September).

Siedlisko Koleczkowo is located on the outskirts of the Tri-City, more precisely on the Kashubian Road, 25 km from Gdynia and 35 km from Gdańsk. There are many lakes and picturesque scenery in the area, perfect for any season of the year, while Siedlisko itself is fully independent and will satisfy the most demanding guests.

The house consists of an open, spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, where you can also find a fireplace and a seating area. From the living room there is an exit to the garden where we will find a covered veranda with a grill and a smokehouse and a place for a bonfire. On the first floor there are: A bedroom with a double bed, a fold-out armchair and a private bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. A walk-through bedroom with a sofa bed and a double mattress, a bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out armchair, and a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and shower. There are two single beds in the attic.

There are electronic locks installed in the habitat, so after signing the contract you can check in remotely. A deposit in the form of credit card pre-authorization in the amount of PLN 2,000 is required.
