Chmielna Park is an investment that was created in the southern part of Wyspa Spichrzów at Chmielna Street. Three buildings with service premises on the ground floor were completed.
On the inner side of the courtyards there are apartments with private gardens. The retraction of the higher floors allowed for the creation of apartments with large terraces. Large windows and terraced buildings make the most of the view of the apartments towards the main city.
The estate is not fenced. On the ground floors, service facilities such as restaurants, beauty services and grocery stores were created. The central place of the whole complex is the Square in front of the highest building (tower), from the side of chmielna Street.
The first building was put into operation in the second half of 2013, another with a nine-storey tower (117 apartments) towering over the estate until the end of October 2015. In this building, on the floors from the third to the sixth, there are office areas. The last Building, C, was completed by the end of October 2016.
