We are glad that you are interested in our offer.

For your comfort and safety, we follow various procedures so that in the current, unusual situation, you can feel safe in our apartment.

What are they about?

Each apartment after guests' departure is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Products that we use for this purpose are professional household chemicals, now additionally supported by disinfecting chemicals (including Medispet Velox Spray, Desprej).

Apartments are carefully ventilated and all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Development in consultation with the GIS of 28/04/2020. Bed linen and towels that can be found in our Apartments are washed by the Hevelius Laundry in Gdynia, which is fully suitable for washing and disinfecting hotel linen. It has the appropriate sanitary and epidemiological permits and opinions allowing to provide services. The washing technology and detergents are provided by Ecolab. All washing products used for disinfection, incl. Ozonite Super meet the requirements of the European standard EN 14476. The main washing temperature of hotel textiles is min. 60 degrees Celsius, while the temperature of ironing textiles is 190 degrees Celsius on ironing lines, and 150 degrees Celsius - on ironing presses.

Additionally, at the special request of our guests, we provide paid apartment ozonation service, using OZ-10000 and OZ-14000 generators. Ozone disinfection cleans rooms from various types of viruses and bacteria, fungi and allergens, thanks to the use of gas with strong oxidizing properties. It is a safe method of cleansing with no harmful effects.

We have also taken additional precautions in our offices. Our employees are provided with masks, gloves, disinfectants, also available for our guests, so that the check-in process takes place in safe conditions. The reception desk, payment terminals, keys, handles, surfaces touched by customers and employees are regularly disinfected.

We hope that the actions we take will allow our guests to have a peaceful and comfortable stay in the Dom & House Apartments.
